Celiac Disease Friendly Oil Friers

Lots of people with Celiac disease enjoy Wendy's food, but a lot of us are very sensitive to even a touch of gluten. If we want fries from Wendy's but they're fried in the same oil as say, the chicken tenders (which have breading that contains gluten on them) that can affect us and push us away from buying much at Wendy's. We want to support the restaurant, but we can't if we can't eat much.
