Making Something Good Even Better

I completely gave up on eating some fast food recently because it's often so predictably bland, which goes double for fish sandwiches which are the worst thing to get.
I found Wendy's fish sandwich much better, but would like to suggest for diners that are being heart-healthy:
Offer it on rye with fat-reduced cheddar & Swiss.. Both together? One on top (cheddar) and Swiss on bottom.
