Add An “INTRO” Button Accessible To Group Admins

There's always an introduction that a guy who starts the group has.
There's also common info to be disseminated to future group members
So you mark them as INTRO and when a new group member joins, say the 400th guy, he automatically gets those messages.
Else these messages get lost in a sea of messages snd subsequent joiners ask for the same info over and over
