When we send a voice message via WhatsApp the reseiver opens WhatsApp to hear the message. With this new program the message reaches the recipient and he hears it directly without opening the WhatsApp and without touching the phone.
This app is important in emergency stations, it can be used by public security to send directives, wornnings and quick instructions to people, and it can be used by leaders of groups to send quick messages.
