Group 'All Contacts'

By default WhatsApp should have one group named 'All contacts'. At least, one option to choose, select, pick, all contacts at once, instead of picking one at a time, to make a new goup.
When I say all, it means realy all. Even new added contacts.
This is the real meaning of 'megafone'.
Eaven beter. The should be the option to exclude someone.
Eaven better yet, should be one filter to exclude the all original destinatarys from any replicaton made the recipients.
This would put WhatsApp in a new messaging speading level, when someone neads to spread one message or idea.
