Hierarchical Inclusion Of Whatsapp A Group Within Other Groups

I cannot make a Whatsapp group member of another Whatsapp group !... In email (say MS Exchange / Outlook), the same is possible with Email Distribution Lists. So if the bigger DL gets an email, the smaller DL also get the same, but if the smaller DL get the same, it do not get propagated to the bigger DL, rather it remains distributed within smaller one only. This is exactly I was trying to have for my Whatsapp groups, but failed to do so.
May be the feature is not enabled there. In that case can you suggest me a contact point at Whatsapp (email or whatsapp-enabled phone number) where I can send this submitted as an free "Innovation Idea" from a Whatsapp end user ?
