Join Group Only Upon Invitation Acceptance

Option to send/receive invite to join a group for privacy and filtering matters. One might not want to participate on a group nor have their contact exposed to other people they might not know.
Feature should also give option for the invitee to receive all the group messages sent by the time they were invited, regardless of when invitation was accepted (similar to what is done in slack channels)
