Send A Form To A User In The Middle Of A Call.

Can whatsapp detect a call being made outside of the app on the same mobile? If so, would be great feature if, when talking to someone, I can send them a question form to fill in at the same time.

For example, a business is able to send a client a form whilst talking, so when the call is over the client can fill relevant details and send back, making life easier than spelling out phonetics over the phone.
