Wats App Online Notification

Hey, this is Suresh Krishna, how it would be if we show notification in wats app if some one comes online. Now it will show if a person is online or offline when we are also online.. but I would like to get online notifications even though I am not in online...like how we are getting notifications when some one send messages even though we are not online in the same way wanna see notification if a person comes online.
