I suggest that the app alert a group admin after 90 days that the group was not active for 90 days and then be given an option to be deleted within 10 days if no further action is taken. If the group members want to continue the group they will be alerted by a mesg in the group from watsapp that the group will be deleted in 10 days and all mesg in the group if anyone wants to continue with the group they should reply with the word "admin" and they will be new admin of the group and will then be able to continue the group
