World Time Display Before Sending A Whatsapp Message

Hello Team,
I am a Business Development Manager for a software company. I would like to highlight a feature which i feel should get appreciated genuinely.

Whenever i am sending a Whatsapp message to my friends, colleagues or making an official text exchanges to my existing accounts or prospects, i seem to check if the recipient will be receiving this text at odd hours (late night/very early mornings) by checking the world time before i send it.

I wish Whatsapp can design an upgrade which on the basis of the recipient number the messages/whatsapp are being sent, displays the recipient's time as per their current location (home/roaming) and highlight to the sender the time the recipient is going to receive your send message.

Also, in addition, Whatsapp can provide an option of scheduling the same message at another time to avoid odd hours such that it can be automatically sent at the schedule time.

I genuinely feel that this should be an unique feature which shall be appreciated by all who understands/respects people genuinely. Hope it is workable.
