Make The EAS Or Required Weekly/Monthly Tests Skippable

I recently got caught off guard at about 4:30 AM while on Nick @ Nite, then I heard that dreaded noise. I honestly didn't know if Xfinity actually had it since it's the first time I heard it. I attempted to skip it because I believe that when we had AT&T UVerse, we were allowed to skip warnings. And I like to leave my TV on at night so waking up to that at 4:30 AM would be nice to have a skip button.
