We loyal customers that have been with Yahoo a LONG time deserves better treatment than this! What were you thinking when you took all the telephone numbers away from us?
My "Great Idea" is to fix things where we call talk to a HUMAN BEING! It seems like your service is going backwards instead of forward. This may be a high-tech world, but ALL of your customers that you make a paycheck from are HUMAN and we need to speak with a HUMAN!
Are you trying on purpose to lose all of us, see your stock go down and become a thing of the the past? If that is what you are trying to do, then you are doing an EXCELLENT job!!
