After looking at the foreseeable problems companies will have with the removal of sell by dates on milk and in time other perishable goods. I would suggest Aldi adopt a retunda system for Milk in your stores, a turntable system where the customer can pick the next bottle in turn. The current system in all supermarkets allows customers to pick the bottles with the longest date. By using a turntable system a lot of milk will not be wasted.
