What's one of the biggest problems these days? ... Budgeting! Many low income families, people on benefits, young people who suffer mental health, often get paid once monthly and struggle to budget 4 weeks worth of shopping, however what if an app was built? Where a customer could 'top up' their account with let's say for example £120 on their payday, this would ensure they would have 30 pounds to spend weekly guaranteed in your store for a month! The app could have budget meal ideas and prices, it could have an option for family and friends to transfer 'Aldi Credit' to eachother, it would make you more money, as when people run out of money they rely on food banks or do not eat which means on the week 4 they aren't spending in your store, food poverty every year is becoming a problem, food banks are over run! Alot of mental health stems from food poverty/debt and for those who havent got access to an app , how about Aldi cards that can be topped up? Most of all Aldi would be the first to offer this service.
