A New Use For Arby's Brisk (Street Taco Sandwich Style!)

Sandwich that has the star top buns, starting from the bottom bun you would add the Smokey Q sauce and then add the Brisket (heated) ontop of the brisket would go a Pico de gallo topping, then add queso fresca and then top bun would get a cilantro lime sauce. It would serve as a cheap and easy LTO item considering that you already have the protein and half the ingredients, you would just need vegetable mix for the pico which the store already has most the ingredients including the jalapenos. The only ingredients Arby's would need is the cheese and the cilantro lime sauce but in my fair opinion they could always go without a cheese.
