I have tried to get a customer service rep. for days and now I have been on hold for 30 minutes.

Your website is full of customer service phone number references, but the sad part is that none of them connect to anyone. It is just a recording without any options. You need to fix this if you are going to do business in the USA~~

I tried to phone customer service for an hour and could NOT get a person to answer line. Very unbusinesslike !!
