Yes, true, not need fuel, use 4 cell separate battery, to battery consume ready then go to no 3 cell battery to use. while use cell no 3, start charge the empty cells, disconnect from the balance to battery. For long leaved car, can use solar panel for charging the empty batteries.
Not need use electric charger
