Add Page Down And Page Up Scrolling To Genie Remote

Scrolling through Direct TV's menus is slow and cumbersome since you can only scroll one line at a time. Getting to bottom of the Playlist takes too long. Add a Page up/Page Down capability to scroll five lines at a time.

Use the ch toggle on the remote for paging up and down while in the menu
