A prepaid debit card, with your name and account number, You can only transfer from your primary account or your savings account to this prepaid card(which would elimate a stolen card being reused) Transfer the amount you want on your prepaid debit card, once you have spent that amount the card is automatically closed or shut off until you transfer more funds. With all the fraud and capability of counterfeiting cards this
would limit the amount someone could charge to the card- it woul be great for everyday use at grocery stores, gas, etc and great for parents with dependent children. It would hopefully decrease the amount of money stolen, that Bank Of American so graciously takes the responsibility of paying.
