Telephoto Using Normal Camera Lens

Create an imaging sensor with the central 10% of the IMAGE SENSOR having 8 times the number of pixels as the outer 90%.
Advantages:
1.Can zoom easily as the low resolution outer allows easy centralization of image
2. By only having 10% of total image with high resolution speed of acquisition is enhanced
3. One only imaging sensor to get normal and high resolution
