A separate tank filled with fire retardant in kase of an emergency the fire retardant can be pumped into fule tanks so the fuel is not flammable. I would like 5 mil for my invention i am under the care of a sykiatrist I do not understand your agreements and if I here you are useing my invention it will be litigated please send me a snail mail letter if you want to pay me 5 mil and stipulated your terms and i will send that letter to my family's attorney Steve Fleischer 71 westoverlane palm coast fl 32164
