Runways.... And Tyres

Dear Sir, To build a, fly-up net, at the end of runways, to stop plane from over shooting runways. Installing catch wires,at the end of all runways, like on a aircraft carrier, triggering the FLY-UP NET, to deploy, catching the plane...... And my 2nd thought is, on wheels, to build fins to the rims, that will alow the wheels to start to spin, with the wind, in the same direction as the wheels would land, will decrease the wear and tear on the tyres....
