The Spect8 coat is a normal coat of any style or shape and has a panel near the hem of the coat and when the user is cold, they unzip the panel and out pops an attached blanket to keep your legs warm and dry (waterproof blanket). I have the patent for men, women and children and even dogs. Never freeze again at a sporting event. This should be sold in every sports stadium across the world in my opinion. I will never have a coat without a blanket again. Also I live in Portland Oregon and know the Boyle family.
