With all the ideas of improving the Philadelphia Sports complex area, the city just awarded the sports complex the last casino license and now you have the opportunity enhance the experience surrounding that area. If you purchased the remaining factories and land in the area, you could develop those other casino proposed area nearby and create the NBC Sports Resort!!! This would be a great branding opportunity for your NBC Sports brand. This will also help to draw people from all over to enjoy the Philly Sports scene for all major sports. You could have an indoor aquatic center with arena and water park for swim events and family fun. Go Kart track for NASCAR enthusiasts with a bar and restaurant. Multiple hotels, sports gift shops, bars restaurant, and small arena for various amateur sports, including an outdoor section to be used as a multipurpose studio arena. These small events are a good way for NBC sports to create its own sports demand once or twice a year. The Philadelphia sports complex presents a very unique area as it is one of the few, if not only city that has all four major sports in one area where the surrounding area can still be developed to enhance the sports experience. My Idea stem from one of the casino proposals by Casino Revolution. My idea is a little different from theirs as I think all the rest of the surrounding area need to be bought and developed as they only had their land. More land will allow for more attractions. Especially if you incorporate a sports studio to film or show fans how a sports event gets filmed for movies. Think of this as an extension to universal studios but sports related. What better way to stamp your name on the city of Philadelphia and mark your territory. For years they have tried to get Disney to bring attraction to Philadelphia but now you can beat them to the punch in a really big way.
