Or at least match the prime time rate to that pickup. Prime time should not be so fixed to geographical areas. If demand is high drivers are naturally going to chase the surge. If ur within say 2-5 miles of a surge you should get the surge price for wherever we are being sent. That will greatly reduce driver frustration. It's simple supply and demand. Also when it's late night and only a few drivers are out... that should constitute increased demand due to short supply of drivers. Raise the prices.
