its just me again, i'd like to also say that fries would make for an interesting topping choice, considering the many forms potato's actually can take...shoestring fries, waffle fries, even curly fries, tator-tots or crowns....even wedges...seasoned or unseasoned even...the options are great. thou i can't take credit for the ideas myself, since a facebook post for it elicited my excitement enough to forward the idea...i think its a grand one :D
