Additional Products For Hearing Aid Department

I've been a very happy hearing aid customer at Costco for many many years and I'd love to see the hearing aid department add cross and bi cross capable products to your product line. I was recently told by Mario (who I have a great deal of respect for) at your Arrowhead Costco in the Phoenix area that he diagnosed me as needing a bi cross hearing aid and they are not available at Costco... so I had to turn to a very expensive alternative hearing aid dealer and now have a pair of bi cross hearing aids that work well but would have much preferred to get them from Costco.
