It's recharging, resynclyng period and Ramatra is blocked on stand-by mode, his cleaning and recycling procedure is elaborating last years of war with Overwatch members, all data are stored and will be analyzed. All minions data, all battles reviewed... a Solar Storm create a 1 ms problem on procedure an a simulation function stard with all data on memory... is it a dream? it starts to move around the simulation and all Overwatch heroes are assembled like Omnic, with their skills and abilities reproduced.
After Omnic technician wakes up Ramatra it starts to mix reality and simulation on his data, Echo saw him on a desert place and replicate him and interact with him like a dream mirrored copy. They talk about future and past, it's new era or just a dream?
