On hwy 3122 in Mt. Vernon Tx., by the vfw is a huge pasture. There is lots of traffic from lake cypress & lake bob sandlin on this road and a huge need for alcohol & gas sales. Lots of camping people who always need something close by. There are no stores of any kind close to this area.
