with dollar General Stores popping up everywhere and more and more people not wanting to shop at walmart because it is inconvenient. I have the perfect location for a dollar general store. on the corner of Carolina Forest/Carolina Plantation Blvd meets Ramsey Road. This is prime location right between the two most sought after neighborhoods in the City of Jacksonville NC. The area houses middle to upper class residents and holds the areas highest rates schools. The entire area continues to grow. A DG in this area would do great. I have said time and time again that if i had the Money i would put my own store in that exact location. It cannot fail. and has no competition. I believe one side of the road might also be outside of city limits so taxes and cost to build will be less expensive.
