To Prevent As Much Shrink As Possible

I am a dollar general store manager currently at a td1 setup previously at a dg16 setup and I am currently working at one of the highest shrink dollar general in my district and as seeing what happens on a daily basis I believe if my registers were set up like the dg16 setup facing the customers still but also the high shrink area of medicine and food and having a lot more high shrink items behind the registers I think it would not only improve the shrink of customers and of the employees not a whole remodel but at least the registers
