Productivity And Overflowing Stock Rooms

I believe that the stores would do so much better having three people close. The later it gets the less customers there are which means you could have one person up front and two people putting away stock. Therefore, getting more product out for the next day instead of working around customers all day. Also you could close at 9 and have employees stock for the last hour every night. Although, this company is known for no overtime, and not giving enough hours to employees except managers. You could also have an over night stock team, which would help keep the stock rooms from over flowing in the smaller stores. I would come in and stock my local store for a few hours every night just for a little extra money in my pocket.
