I work for a company called Electrolock.
A couple of years ago, we started pursuing a new style cooking tray with Robert Kabakoff, Bruegger's Exectutive Chef.
He was very interested in the initial test results (at the Oak Park, IL location) and wanted to pursue the project in a larger test format. After trying to set up the next step with him, the project slowed and died.
We'd like to see if Bruegger's is still interested in considering this tray. It seems to last longer and look nicer than the silicone trays used in the stores today.
Is there any chance you could forward me the contact information for the new Executive Chef so that I might be able to make contact with them to discuss this?
