Although, not my idea, I have seen my boss making platters as to include the mayo, mustard, and napkins. I believe this is more functional for the customer and can save on packaging. I am sharing this in hopes that this can become standard, as it works terrific. To expand more elaborately, instead of placing the divider at the end of the platter box, push it forward about an inch more or less. Inside this made space, we can place the napkins, mayo packets, and mustard packets. As it is a passion of mine to create a heartfelt service for all my customers, I feel this idea can create a more convenient, functional catering setting.
