In this fast pace of life every information counts. We all are connected to the whole world in one way or another. The above said applications and technologies are in existence for more than a decade. But most people are reluctant to use it because the complexity of the data read out and plain laziness. (To plug in the OBD2 device, connect to Mobile phone via-Bluetooth, open the app; all this takes time) All the apps give a fancy read out of how are engines are performing, which rpms are best, or the oil temperature in reality these are all just pretty digital gauges on a screen and provides more or less needed information. These are valid parameters for an effective use of a car.
There a different league of apps which keeps a cost sheets (Nothing to do with OBD). This is basically a spreadsheet in which you can input how many liters of fuel you filled in last time, the odometer reading of fuel fill up, cost of fuel/liter. Last cost of service, maintenance intervals but all this data has to be put in manually by the user. Which he/she might forget when in hurry?

Hybrid device will be offered at a premium with CRM accessibility. The device is aimed at users who will want to know more about what happens inside the engine compartment, accurate readings of fuel quantity from filling stations, wear and tear of components, oil quality and quantity, if the app is not active device tracks whole day trips and stores report and will send in every week. In turn providing a consolidated overview of expenditure on fuel and maintenance.
