5 Inch Cup Grinder For Concrete

Could you manufacture a 5-in cup grinder that takes out the center while grinding down only about a half inch into the concrete with diamond tip blades I can't seem to find any all the ones I find they leave the center raised I need it flush all the way through is there any possible way that you can manufacture one of those for me working on a project that might go a long ways and may need a lot of these made my name is Richard Fulda my phone number is 847-742-7259 my email address is [email protected] thank you so much and hope that we can work together and Manufacturing these grinders for me like I said if everything works out I may need a lot if you could let me know if we could design one or make one that would work for me I would really appreciate it I thank you so much
