To Fix Windows Fogging (vents To Side And Rear Window)

I live in Washington and experience all the seasons in one day. When it is cold outside, lots of condensation on inside of windows because Im freezing and need a little heat. The front windshield has vents but the side and rear windows don't. Result is clear front window but near zero invisibility in the rear and side windows (very dangerous because cannot see the blind spots through foggy windows). If vents could be made along the chassis to those foggy windows, they could become clear just as front windshield when "defroster"(just a fancy reroute of hot air) is active. Thus making it safer to drive and more comfortable and also more desirable to have a Honda. I love Honda. I have 2009EX-L 5 speed. Please consider my idea. No patent. It's yours... Though, if you could hook me up, that would be awesome :-)
