Glow In The Dark Seatbelt Buttons

Hi

Am from India n indians r still getting used to the idea of wearing seatbelts. Most of the time they dont wear it when they start the car bt when they c a cop on the road the tend to grab the belt n lock it while driving. Ive realised that most of the times while driving it becomes difficult to lick the seat belt in the belt locker n the driver has to look down to ensure they buckle up cause they cant find the licker. If the release button on it was a glow in the dark it would b easier to locate n lock up.
