dear ihop,
ive had really severe eczema my whole life, no idea why, my parents never got me tested. since i was young however, ihop was a staple of our family celebrations, we loved gathering around your 4 syrup flavors. about 2 years ago i found out the severe eczema was due to gluten intolerance. i havent found a gluten free pancake, which means i havent had a pancake in 2 years. ihop just isnt the same without pancakes. please, put out even just 1 flavor of gluten free pancakes, even just for a limited time. i miss you guys.
