A pancake that one side egg and the other side pancake with choice of meat and or cheese. First you let the pancake cook on one side for about 1 minute, then you poor the scrambled egg with your choice of sausage,cheese,bacon peppers or onions or whatever you choose on top of the pancake pushing the egg around the pancake so that it does not run, flip when pancake is done on the other side. I have made this several time and people love them.
