I understand this will likely not reach anyone, but felt it worth a shot to send regardless. I worked for JCP for 13 years and left the company in 2012.

Have you considered developing a JCP App that would allow customers in store to scan barcodes or QRG codes with their phones? When scanned the app would pull up a clean, clear view of the scanned item (without all the clutter like a website) and allow the customer to complete an online sale right there in the store. You would be blending the ease of online shopping with the senses of a retail shopping experience. By utilizing this method you could reduce store clutter, display more product and increase sales. You could have beautiful lighted display cases displaying a product and the QRG code affixed to the display.

One other thing, have you thought about incorporating "The Golden Rule" in marketing or branding at all?
