Granddaughter Shoes

Kmart Other Idea

Submitted 7 years ago

Here's an idea on how to have customer satisfaction: I purchased a pair of tennis shoes for my 6 year old granddaughter for school. She wore them for less than 6 weeks and they were absolutely shot. They looked horrible.
I returned them, with my receipt, to the store in Detroit Lakes, Mn and was informed it was over 30 days and they could not replace them. Sorry corporate policy. My granddaughter was devastated. I was informed I could call Kmart customer service.
I contacted customer service with the same response. They then asked if I would like to speak to customer satisfaction. Guess what...all they would say was sorry it is corporate policy. Sorry it is corporate policy. So much for customer satisfaction. Does not make anyone want to shop at your stores. [email protected]
