How about decent customer service! Calls are not returned, techs do not know the products and getting help whether it be software or hardware is non existent. Terrible customer service! Terrible company to deal with. Totally disgusted

LETS BAND TOGETHER Y'ALL. I think..... we ALL need to get together and sue these bastards. My daughter just lost a years HARD work and photos on her lenovo. We bought the computer July 2014 and the video card decides to conk out March 2015. This computer stops working and it's LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. Even more, this God forsaken company does not do data recovery. Since I have a "proprietary hard drive," absolutely none of the computer tech guys in town can recover my data. Who the hell makes a computer you can't recover the data off of??? What a BS company. Oh... customer service in the Philipines, don't know Jack.
