Lyft suggestion

You are all brainwashed, riders don't tip like you think, and said by a rider, uses Uber, because your rates are higher !
You have to balance happy driver happy rider happy lyft win win win
Do you know how to get to that !
96 % of drivers drop off, is this right for you?
Don't you get it ?
Investing in a car and not making more than 20 per hour revenue ! Are you nuts!
Send one of your employees to be a driver for a week, full time 8 regular hours, like a normal person will work in a normal job! Try it ! You'll see! and when finish, deduct expenses, wear and tear etc etc taxes etc etc you won't get more than 10 dollars an hour! 👍
You do not know how happy drivers are!!!!! do you? Whatever you are doing, there is something missing, you know what???? Intelligence-
Balance-Equilibrium-Fairness and Honesty with clear apps showing nothing is missing, be transparent, clear like water. e.g. Hot spots where drivers are, not riders! We are the ones standing by, in areas where no others are, it should not be from where riders are! Is my car, is my time spending in that spot, is
me who gets the run for being there for your rider !
For the minor mistake .... you get suid big time!
You know why? Because you are not an employer, will never care about wear and tear etc etc.
You know what will change that and show you care ? reduce your 25 % earnings from rates, as
much as you can, drivers will see your move and Uber will get the shock, do it first !
NY has 5 rideshare Co. Only one is better than all of them. Nor Lyft Nor Uber ? Why ? Stop the unfair practice, and think diferente!!
Show me the results of the employee driver, not a fake one ☝️ and then hope he can make 40 dollars an hour with a gas only car! No hybrids, no electrics ! Tell me !
For those are the only cars regular people can afford(the majority of drivers)
Good luck with the trial and show it to all the drivers !
