Stop deactivated driver for false reports and without proper investigation and hear from the driver their opinion what happened and they can explain this out you have afford judgement from your support and trust and safety not every a customer he's a truly and they do a lot of false report just for earning couple dollars credit .driver love lyft but they are afraid from the rumor about a lots unfair deactivations .that is why you are given up a lots good driver to uber .give more benefits to driver that they drive solo with lyft .uber d most of the time false report a driver thst they can have them drive for them .they have people in the fiekd offering lyft driver a 1000$sign in .if the driver refuse than a false report kiks in and you deactivate the driver so they have him as free gift. Improve your investigation .have the right people in the right spot .not a high school diploma prson can investigate a report .
