Time Limmiter Option

There ought to be a way to limit how far I can go. Sometimes I only want to be able to drive for two hours during rush hour then go to my other job. As of now, I have to stop driving two hours before my next job or I could be off across The Bay. Other times I am willing to drive two hours each direction and I would prefer other drivers decline longer requests. It seems like it would work out if some drivers don't care how far they go well other drivers want to stay local. I don't see why you would want to hold them back from that option.
