Tips On Lyft

I think a lot of times customers do not tip is because they feel like they have to tip 20 % of the total cost instead of on what we get paid per ride, which they have no way of knowing. They probably do not want to insult us bleating a lesser tip so they do not tip at all. Is there a way the app could let them know what a 15 or w0 % percent tip would be on just what we are making per ride?
