MasterCard Product Improvement Idea

Recently my wallet was stolen as well as my MasterCard they started purchasing a lot of items. I went to my bank everything is going to be returned. But heres an idea when a card is flaged instead of it just being turned off how about when someone tries to use it. it send out a reports to the police. Also you could set it up to where it sends a request to your cell phone to approve or not approve the transaction and also sends the location of the possible thef.
