A bed of chips Fries, 1 or 2 fish fillets, tarter sauce. Add on a single serve packet of Malt vinegar and you have "Ye Olde McFish & Chips" English style.
Your stores already serve French fries, already serve fish fillets, already serve tarter sauce. No need for a bun or cheese. Less fattening than a fillet-o-fish sandwich.
